The collaborative duo that is Wyclef Jean and Young Thug is back with a new song, “I Swear,” a tropical, romantic ode. The two first connected on Thug’s Jeffery in August on the song “Kanye West,” which had previously been titled “Pop Man,” “Wet Wet” and “Elton.” Thugger had said that the song titles would be named after people he idolized, the first track being “Wyclef Jean.”

As with “Kanye West,” the two display a  strong chemistry here, Thug keeping most of the references and imagery in his verse on message.
