WYCLEF JEAN (Thursday) Wyclef Jean, a founding member of the visionary hip-hop group the Fugees, will celebrate the coming 20th anniversary of his debut solo album, “The Carnival,” with a new album, “Carnival III: Road to Clefication,” that is set to be released next year.
