After Wyclef Jean guested on “Kanye West” from Young Thug’s latest project Jeffery, Thugger is repaying one of his idols with a guest feature of his own. The two artists collide again on a summery track called “I Swear,” a single from Wyclef’s upcoming J'ouvert EP.

Unfortunately for nostalgics, the song doesn’t interpolate All-4-One’s 1994 classic of the same name. Instead, Young Thug and ‘Clef merge dancehall and electronic music aesthetics to make a pop song with tropical flavor—the kind of song you might hear at a beach wedding.
