    Lauryn Hill , Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel of the hip-hop group  Fugees  have reunited to announce their first tour in 25 years and first shows in 15 years, celebrating the anniversary of their blockbuster 1996 “The Score,” the group announced Tuesday morning.     The Fugees  shocked the hip-hop world on Tuesday (Sept. 21) with the announcement of an international reunion tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their landmark 1996 album  The Score . The outing will bring Ms. Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel together for the first time in 15 years for 12 shows presented by Diaspora Calling and produced by Live Nation. Not wasting any time, the tour kicks off on Wednesday (Sept. 22) with what a release promised will be an intimate show in New York City at an as-yet-undisclosed location. The dates will then pick up with a Nov. 2 gig at the United Center in Chicago, followed by a concert at the Oakland Arena in Oakland, California on Nov. 7, as well as dates in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Newark, Washington, D.C., Paris, London, Nigeria and Ghana.     Hip-hop group the Fugees is set to tour around the world to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their acclaimed album The Score. The dates will mark their first shows in 15 years, reuniting Lauryn Hill,  Wyclef Jean  and Pras Michel and taking them to 12 cities across the world. “The Fugees have a complex but impactful history,” said Hill in a statement. “I decided to honor this significant project, its anniversary, and the fans who appreciated the music by creating a peaceful platform where we could unite, perform the music we loved, and set an example of reconciliation for the world.” Jean added: “As I celebrate 25 years with the Fugees, my first memory was that we vowed, from the gate, we would not just do music we would be a movement.     Wyclef Jean went to a benefit to support a good cause — but he ended up supporting the host. After performing a marathon set at a fundraiser for the Mariano Rivera Foundation at the Hamptons home of power lawyer David Hryck, the ever-energetic Fugees legend hoisted Hryck onto his shoulders and paraded him around the party, we’re told.     Wyclef Jean  has always loved composing, and now he’s been at it full-time on season four of Showtime’s “ The Chi .” This season picks up with  Kiesha (Birgundi Baker) meeting potential adoptive parents for her child, and Kevin (Alex Hibbert) telling his girlfriend Jemma (Judae’a Brown) that he loves her. Creator and writer  Lena Waithe  wanted him to score her next film after she had heard him rescore her film “Queen & Slim” just out of a passion for the craft. “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do,” Jean says. Waithe says of his work, “I loved what Wyclef was doing from the very beginning. He really taps into the emotion of the scene. He pulls you in like no one else can.     Wyclef Jean is using his voice to stand up against hatred toward the Asian-American community. In the new song “Stop the Hatred,” Jean teams up with rapper MC Jin, who is Chinese-American, for the powerful song that calls for unity between AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) and Black communities. Wyclef Jean said in a recent press release: “Racism and hate against underrepresented communities can only be fought with unity.
