    Wyclef Jean Announces "Carnival III" Album
    Wyclef Jean has announced his new project, "Carnival III." After releasing a new track called " Fela Kuti " earlier today in ode to the Nigerian Afropunk and Jazz musician, Wyclef has also announced his next project:  Carnival III .     Wyclef Jean  is bringing the carnival back. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of his stellar 1997 solo debut, The Carnival, the former Fugee frontman is releasing his eighth album,  Carnival III: The Fall and Rise of a Refugee , this fall.     Wyclef Jean is currently on the path to a new album titled  Carnival III: The Fall and Rise of a Refugee  and yesterday released a single off the project named after Nigerian legend,  Fela Kuti .
